Welcome to Play2Save. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Play2Save platform, website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

Play2Save provides businesses with tools to create digital promotional games, including scratch-off style games and other interactive experiences, that allow businesses to engage customers and provide promotional rewards such as discounts.

By accessing or using Play2Save, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Service.

1. About Play2Save

Play2Save is a promotional marketing platform that allows businesses ("Businesses") to create interactive customer experiences where customers ("Players") may have the opportunity to win promotional rewards. Businesses using Play2Save may create campaigns such as digital scratch-off cards where Players can enter their information and participate for a chance to receive a reward. Play2Save provides the technology platform only. Play2Save does not create, provide, manage, or guarantee any discounts, promotions, prizes, coupon codes, products, or services offered by Businesses.

2. No Purchase Required

Play2Save promotional games do not require a purchase, payment, subscription, or financial transaction from Players unless otherwise clearly stated by the Business. Businesses are responsible for ensuring their promotions comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and promotional requirements in their area.

3. How Games Work

Businesses using Play2Save may configure promotional game settings, including: • The chance or percentage rate that a Player wins • The maximum number of winners allowed • The promotional reward offered • The discount code or promotional URL provided to winners The outcome of each game is determined based on the settings configured by the Business. Once a Business reaches its configured maximum number of winners, additional Players may no longer receive winning rewards.

4. Rewards, Discounts, and Promotions

Businesses are solely responsible for all prizes, discounts, offers, promotional codes, and redemption experiences provided through Play2Save. Play2Save does not create discount codes, generate coupon codes, validate discounts, control reward values, or fulfill orders. Any discount code, promotional URL, or reward redemption page is provided by the Business.

5. Player Information Collection

To participate in Play2Save games, Players may be required to provide: • Full name • Email address • Phone number (optional) Information collected may be used by the Business providing the promotion for marketing, communication, customer service, and business purposes. Players understand that submitting information may result in receiving communications from the Business associated with the promotion.

6. Business Data Ownership and Responsibility

Businesses using Play2Save may collect customer information through promotional campaigns. Businesses may download collected customer information, including names, email addresses, and phone numbers, as a CSV file for use outside of Play2Save. Once data is exported from Play2Save, Play2Save has no control over how the Business stores, processes, shares, or uses that information.

7. Play2Save Data Storage and Usage

Play2Save reserves the right to store and retain customer and Business data necessary to provide, maintain, improve, and operate the Service. Play2Save may use stored information to provide service functionality, improve platform performance, provide support, prevent fraud, maintain security, and send Service-related communications. Play2Save does not sell customer information.

8. Business Responsibilities

Businesses using Play2Save are responsible for: • Accuracy of promotional information • Rewards offered • Compliance with promotional laws • Advertising regulations • Privacy requirements Businesses may not use Play2Save for misleading, fraudulent, unlawful, or deceptive promotions.

9. Account Usage

Businesses are responsible for maintaining the security of their Play2Save account. Users agree to provide accurate account information, protect login credentials, notify Play2Save of unauthorized access, and use the Service only for lawful purposes.

10. Acceptable Use

You may not use Play2Save to: • Violate applicable laws • Collect information unlawfully • Create fraudulent promotions • Misrepresent prizes or rewards • Harm the Play2Save platform • Attempt unauthorized access

11. Third-Party Websites and Services

Play2Save may allow Businesses to provide links to external websites. Play2Save does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, products, or services.

12. Service Availability

Play2Save works to provide reliable access but does not guarantee the platform will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. The Service may occasionally be modified, updated, suspended, or discontinued.

13. Disclaimer

Play2Save provides the platform "as is" and "as available." Play2Save does not guarantee customer participation, customer wins, marketing results, increased sales, or accuracy of Business-provided promotions.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Play2Save shall not be responsible for: • Loss of revenue • Lost profits • Customer disputes • Discount redemption issues • Business marketing outcomes • Data misuse by Businesses

15. Changes to These Terms

Play2Save may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective when posted on the Play2Save website. Continued use of the Service means you accept the revised Terms.

16. Termination

Play2Save may suspend or terminate access if: • These Terms are violated • The Service is abused • Fraudulent activity is suspected • Required by law
